We are excited to announce that Ten Eyck has been selected by developer Silver Ventures to collaborate with Three Architecture and Don McDonald on the Pearl Brewery Development, an outgoing adaptive reuse project of the former Pearl Brewery in San Antonio, TX. Our main project site is a new central plaza at the heart of the redevelopment area located along the San Antonio River. Silver Ventures and The Pearl Brewery Development were recently featured in the New York Times.
